As a UX Designer at Studium, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our growing suite of AI-powered SaaS tools for NIRF, NBA, NAAC, and Outcome-Based Education (Smart OBE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to define and refine UX across web-based tools like NIRF-Mark, Alumni Analysis App, Smart OBE, and more
• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that make complex analytics and AI outputs intuitive for education leaders
• Conduct usability tests with clients (directors, IQAC heads, deans) to validate and iterate UI/UX improvements
• Simplify navigation and data-heavy interfaces while maintaining alignment with visual branding
• Translate insights from data consultants and strategists into visual workflows and dashboards
• Advocate for clean, accessible, and responsive design systems across the product line

• 1–2 years of UX/UI experience in a SaaS, analytics, or B2B product environment
• Proficiency in Figma (must), Adobe XD or Sketch (optional), and wireframing tools
• Strong portfolio showing data dashboard designs, mobile-responsive flows, or education/consulting platforms
• Understanding of user-centric design for non-tech-savvy users (academic administrators, faculty)
• Curiosity to dive deep into the education space and solve for clarity in data-heavy apps
• Bonus: Experience working with AI products, LMS platforms, or accreditation/compliance-related tools
