User Experience Designer

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to transform ideas and requirements into intuitive, engaging, and beautiful interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components. Develop prototypes and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. Maintain consistency in visual elements and define design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and design process. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience with user analytics and A/B testing tools. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) is a bonus. Show more Show less
