Customer Success Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in understanding and using our SAAS platform effectively
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Educate users about product features and updates
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement


Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Malayalam speaking is an added advantage

  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn about SAAS products
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
