Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing various types of graphics for both print and digital media, including logos, brochures, websites, social media posts, and other marketing materials. The candidate should also be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and have excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including logos, brochures, websites, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and translate them into creative solutions.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with brand identity and Message.
• Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to ensure consistent and high-quality designs across all marketing channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in the industry.
• Edit and retouch images and graphics to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Provide support to other design-related projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.).
• Added value: Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in various design projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with print and digital media design standards and requirements.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design.
