Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a US Technical Recruiter. The primary responsibilities involve managing the full-life cycle of recruitment to meet the staffing needs of clients. The role includes sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates with a strong focus on technical recruitment. Building relationships with clients and candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process are integral parts of the position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Strong expertise in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting techniques to source and attract top talent.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Previous experience in recruitment within US markets is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
