Role Description

This is a Fulltime, Onsite role for a US Non IT Recruiter at Chennai, India. The Recruiter will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and conducting interviews.

Qualifications

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
Knowledge of Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment
Strong Hiring and candidate evaluation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Previous experience in non-IT recruitment is a plus
Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
