US Non IT Recruiter

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for non-IT and legal positions across the US. The role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver timely results.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of US staffing experience (Non-IT or Legal recruiting required).
• Strong knowledge of US hiring practices and work authorizations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
