Position: US Recruiter Non IT Recruitment

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
• Source top-quality talent through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media, networking, and referrals.
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical and non-technical skills.
• Negotiate compensation, rate structures (W2, C2C, 1099), and ensure candidate onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM regularly.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a high offer-to-joining ratio.
• Stay updated with US hiring trends, visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT), and compliance norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, Boolean search, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Knowledge of US time zones, rate structures, and onboarding processes.
• Comfortable working Night Shift (US Hours).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on Direct Client / MSP / VMS requirements.
• Good understanding of niche IT skills and technologies.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
