About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing market through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and lead generation tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 Vendors.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruiting team for timely and high-quality delivery.
Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting services, negotiating rates, and closing deals.
Maintain and update sales pipeline reports, CRM dashboards, and weekly activity trackers.
Stay updated with US staffing trends, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and industry hiring patterns.
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree preferred.
1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in US Staffing (mandatory for mid-level roles).
Strong understanding of US market, staffing processes, and work authorization types.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work Night Shift (US Hours).
