Intern For HR Executive (Recruitment)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic awareness working on various JOB portals, job posting, mass mailings, sourcing etc

• Knowledge of manufacturing/automobile industry hiring

• Understanding of technical job roles (Production, Maintenance, Quality, etc.)

• Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel is a must)

• Ability to handle volume hiring and meet timelines

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Source relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels

• Screen candidates for technical skills, stability, and cultural fit

• Maintain an active pipeline for critical automobile positions

2. Recruitment Coordination

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads

• Conduct initial HR rounds and track candidate performance

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process

3. Stakeholder Management

• Understand manpower requirements from Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, R&D, SCM, and other departments

• Coordinate with plant HR teams for priority positions

• Provide weekly recruitment status updates to management

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

• Ensure all selected candidates submit required documents

• Support in onboarding and joining formalities
