Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open roles.
Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on current trends in technical hiring and recruitment best practices.
2 5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g., developers, DevOps, data engineers, etc.).
Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
