Description

We are looking for a skilled US Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various US-based positions, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a positive experience for all candidates.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates for US-based roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment workflow.

Skills and Qualifications

1-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in US recruitment.
Strong understanding of US employment laws and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
