Role & responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for US direct clients Source & screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice & Indeed Work on technical & professional roles across multiple industries Conduct phone screens, evaluate skills, negotiate rates Submit profiles, coordinate interviews & manage candidate pipeline Maintain ATS records and deliver timely submissions Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of US Staffing experience (Direct client experience preferred) Strong sourcing skills using major US job boards Excellent communication & understanding of W2 / C2C / 1099 Must be comfortable working onsite in Mumbai during US shift Why Join Us: Work with Fortune 500 and leading direct clients Attractive salary + incentives Growth and leadership opportunities
