Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a US Recruiter with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve issues and improve processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of recruitment software and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and quality in recruitment activities.
