US Recruiter, Senior US Recruiter, and Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Night Shift (US hours)
Working Days:
5 days per week
Off Days:
2 rotational offs
Cab Facility:
Both-side cab provided

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for US-based roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize
various sourcing methods
, including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
Maintain and update the
candidate database
, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide an
exceptional candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on
US labor laws and industry trends
to ensure compliance and effective recruitment practices.

Requirements:

Experience:
Proven experience in
US recruitment
, with expertise in handling the US hiring process.
Communication Skills:
Excellent
verbal and written
communication skills are
mandatory
.
Availability:
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and other recruitment tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong
interpersonal skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment
