Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions, with a proven ability to identify and attract top talent in the US market.

Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

1-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT and Non-IT sectors.
Strong understanding of the US job market and recruitment processes.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including social media recruiting, job boards, and networking.
