We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting top talent for our US-based clients. This role requires an understanding of the US job market and the ability to effectively manage the recruitment process.

Shift Time - 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST - 5 Days Working

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in US recruitment or related fields.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Have good closures.
Extensive experience working on Non IT , Light Industry requirement
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the best candidates for various roles.
