Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with NRI clients, ensuring their investment goals are understood and aligned with advisory solutions. To engage with and activate NTST (Not Trading / Stopped Trading) customers on ICICI Direct. To provide full demo of the website with research calls, while activating these non-trading and stop trader clients, advisory to keep clients active and increase revenue. Offer customized equity investment solutions based on risk profile, financial goals, and market trends. Enhance brokerage revenue from the clients. Provide end-to-end account servicing including KYC, portfolio reviews, transaction support, and compliance adherence. Stay updated on market trends, global economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting NRIs. Coordinate with research, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless service. To Handle customer queries and to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of direct equity and global investment strategies. Fluent in English Communication. Familiarity with FEMA, NRE/NRO accounts, tax regulations applicable to NRIs, and compliance processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client accounts. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and equity platforms. High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
