Description

We are seeking a skilled Rotary Furnace Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of rotary furnace equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor rotary furnace equipment to ensure efficient and safe functioning.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on rotary furnace systems.
Adjust furnace parameters based on production requirements and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of operations, production, and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct quality checks on the output and report any deviations from standards.

Skills and Qualifications

1-10 years of experience in operating rotary furnaces or similar industrial equipment.
Technical knowledge of furnace operations and metallurgy processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in an industrial setting.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
