Role Overview

Volvo, Bharat Benz, and Scania buses

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out

  preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance

  of

  Volvo, Bharat Benz, and Scania buses only

  .
• Diagnose and repair

  mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems

  of premium buses.
• Perform maintenance on

  engine, transmission, braking, suspension, steering, and HVAC systems

  .
• Conduct

  ECU diagnostics

  using OEM-approved diagnostic tools (Volvo / Bharat Benz / Scania).
• Ensure buses meet

  safety, performance, and emission standards

  before dispatch.
• Attend and resolve

  on-road breakdowns

  promptly to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Maintain accurate

  job cards, service records, and spare parts consumption logs

  .
• Coordinate with

  supervisors, stores, and vendors

  for timely availability of genuine spare parts.
• Follow all

  safety protocols, SOPs, and quality standards

  strictly.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving

  fleet uptime, reliability, and maintenance efficiency

  .

What We Are Looking For

• Proven

  hands-on expertise

  in maintaining

  Volvo, Bharat Benz, and/or Scania buses

  .
• Strong

  troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  for modern bus systems.
• Ability to work

  independently with minimal supervision

  .
• High standards of

  discipline, accountability, and workmanship quality

  .
• Willingness to work in a

  fixed shift

  and attend

  emergency breakdowns

  when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma

  in Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Preferred).

• 27 years of relevant experience

  working specifically on

  Volvo, BharatBenz, or Scania buses

  .
• Sound knowledge of

  OEM service procedures and diagnostic systems

  .
• Basic

  reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills

  .

• Team-oriented mindset

  with effective communication abilities.
