Key Responsibilities: Designing engaging and brand-consistent graphics for various platforms Story making and post creation Developing monthly content calendars and ensuring timely execution as per calendar schedules Applying creative thinking for the development of fresh design concepts Creating marketing materials including posters, banners, social media posts, and other collateral Maintaining and updating design archives and liaising with internal teams for design requirements Conceptual Skills (As Per Field): Image Manipulation Color Theory Typography Requirements (Skills & Personal Attributes): Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva Understanding of UI & UX principles for better visual storytelling Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities Knowledge of Color Theory, Typography, and Image Manipulation techniques Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
