Job Responsibilities: The Healthcare National Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue streams for MOVIN by developing new business relationships and managing existing partnerships between MOVIN and designated Complex healthcare segment including Labs, Diagnostics, Biopharma, MedTech manufacturers and distributors based in its geographical locations. This position executes the business plans sales and revenue goals by developing sales strategies, building exciting customer solutions and presentations that match up the healthcare sector customers requirements to MOVIN Healthcare portfolio of products and services. Cultivate strong partnerships with multiple senior decision-makers within customers and MOVIN organizations. Responsible for robust pipeline management using Salesforce and other reporting tools Maintain a book of business, build account strategy roadmaps, and manage contract renewals and compliance. Monitor competitor performance and industry news, share, and collaborate across teams to leverage our competitive intelligence. Skills Required: Ambition and drive to win. Bachelor’s Degree essential. Masters preferred. Logistics / Supply Chain or Business preferred. 7 to 10 years’ experience in Business Development of International / Domestic Logistics, Healthcare logistics , Air Express Next Business Day , specialty , critical logistics. Complex healthcare logistics (Cold Chain) experience is a big plus. Candidate should demonstrate Solution Selling & Collaborating with cross functional and BU stakeholders. Quick learners preferred. Strong verbal and written English language skills. Flexible to travel domestically within region or as per allocated geo’s as required

Managing storing & transporting temperature-sensitive goods, like pharmaceuticals, food, or dairy products, ensuring they remain within their optimal temperature range throughout the supply chain, from production to delivery, transportation logistic. Required Candidate profile Having 5+ yrs experience in Cold Chain and Temperature control logistics. Good communication skills in English.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for monitoring all inbound and outbound shipments on daily basis to ensure that shipments are delivered within agreed timelines. Work with our operating system Maestro/MOVIN Platform to Plan, execute and monitor import & export shipments Coordinate collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries with other departments / Offices / Agent and drivers. Maintain constant communication with Packaging Team to ensure availability of required supplies for collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries. Process temperature sensitive shipments designed for the special requirements of the Cold Chain transportation processes Prep and maintain temperature controlled shipments as required. Provide the proper documentation to the agent Movin express for collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries. Confirm that every recovery is complete by matching the information against the manifest during reception process. Provide expedited dispatch to tender the shipments immediately after collection and alert the receiving agent/office. Notify any discrepancies to the respective department, agent or Movin Express and update Maestro accordingly. Define the best possible route to dispatch the shipment to its final destination. Condition shipments as required and update the proper milestones in Maestro. Obtain a booking with the airline and consign the MAWB as instructed. Enter the Route Leg for Domestic/International Flights. Send the Alert through Maestro/MOVIn Platform, Emails. Coordinate with Dispatch the drop off to the Airline as per the respective SOPs. Use Daily Schedule Report and update Maestro with all departures from the airport Handling of irregularities Perform additional administrative work as deemed necessary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe storage and handling of raw materials Inventory control: Manage the daily operations of the cold storage facility, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Temperature Control: Monitor and maintain optimal temperature levels within the cold store, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards. Stock verification: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies Inventory reporting: Provide regular inventory reports to management . Store maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained in a safe and secure manner. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the integrity and quality of stored products.. Logistics management: Coordinate inventory receipt, storage, factories and planning team . Store security: Implement security measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss of inventory. Compliance: Ensure store operations comply with company policies, laws, and regulations. Maintain store records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of store operations, inventory, and customer transactions Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to store operations, inventory, and customer safety. Health and safety: Ensure store maintains a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff. Participate in company initiatives: Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide objectives. Attend meetings and training sessions: Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
