Job Title: Equity Specialist
Job Description:
The Equity Specialist will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and trade activation for equity products by working closely with ICICI Bank PBG and Wealth Relationship Managers across assigned branches. The role involves engaging with high-potential clients, supporting branch teams, and strengthening equity business through marketing and capability-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive acquisition of M52 and Prime customers through ICICI Bank PBG and Wealth RMs across mapped branches
Own business targets including new client acquisition, revenue generation, and client activation
Conduct client meetings to convert high-potential leads into active equity clients
Support branch teams in achieving equity-related business goals
Ensure maximum trade activation among acquired clients
Drive conversions to high-value Prime plans from total acquisitions
Plan and execute branch-level equity marketing activities
Conduct regular training sessions and meetings with branch teams on equity products and processes
Promote continuous learning and adherence to equity processes across branches
Key Deliverables:
Achievement of new customer acquisition targets
Revenue and trade activation performance
Client meetings conducted
Participation in branch meetings and training initiatives
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of equity markets and investment products
Sales and client acquisition experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Experience & Qualification:
38 years of experience in equity sales, wealth management, or financial services
Graduate / Post Graduate (Finance preferred)
Relevant certifications in capital markets are an added advantage
