If you have 2+ years of experience in US staffing or bench sales and are ready to work onsite in a night shift role, we want to hear from you. Location : Office work-Tuticorin office Employment Type: Full-time What will you do: Responsible for the full cycle of Recruiting and Bench marketing activities. Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations and closing. · Experience in US IT recruitment (agency or corporate). · · Familiarity with US employment types and work authorizations. · · Proficiency with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and social media recruiting (LinkedIn, GitHub). Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies. Maintain and build the vendor contacts. Maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for various skill sets (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, etc.). · Work with different employment types (W2, C2C, 1099). Stay current with US job market trends, IT technologies, and recruitment tools. · Utilize applicant-tracking systems (ATS) and maintain detailed records of recruitment activities.Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions. Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. Must be having capability to work with a team or individually. Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team. Publish progress reports to management every week. Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends. Mandatory Requirements: ● Comfortable to work in night shift ●Candidates should have good communication skills and computer knowledge. ● Candidates should have strong analytical and thinking skills. ● Basics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook . ● Must be a good team player and result driven. ● Good verbal and written skills.
