Job Overview: The US IT Recruiter position at Ascii Group LLC is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Qualifications And Skills

Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT positions.

Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks.

Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.

Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.

Have a knowledge on visa classification ( H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa) & different Tax Terms. Should have Knowledge on Software Technologies
