US IT Recruiters

As a Senior IT Recruiter for Avacend, a US-based MNC with a PAN India presence and a workforce of 1,000 employees, your primary responsibility will be handling end-to-end IT recruitment. This includes posting jobs on ATS and job portals, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates. You will also be involved in rate negotiation, releasing offers, and collecting joining documents. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment. Being a graduate, you are expected to have good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders. This position reports to the Manager of Recruitment for US Staffing and is based at TICEL Park, Taramani, Chennai, with a total of 8 vacancies available. The work timing for this position is during the US/ Night Shift from 19:00 to 04:00 Hrs (IST).
