As a US IT Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience and a strong background in Implementation Partner, you will be based at Henji wadi Phase1, Pune, working exclusively onsite during the night shift from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM. Immediate joiners are highly preferred, and the interview process will be conducted face-to-face. If you possess 1+ years of experience as a JR.US IT Recruiter and have a talent for identifying top engineering professionals, we invite you to join our team. Your role will involve sourcing and networking to attract passive candidates, evaluating technical expertise, and assessing candidate fit for specific engineering roles. You should have comprehensive knowledge of engineering responsibilities and technical skills across disciplines such as java, .net, .net full stack, QA Auto, ETL Testers, and IT requirements. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools is essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders effectively.
