Core responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment:
Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, including posting jobs, screening applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.

Candidate sourcing:
Identify and attract qualified candidates using various channels such as job boards (like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn), professional networks, social media, and niche platforms.

Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a good cultural and technical fit.

Screening and interviewing:
Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.

US market expertise:
Understand and navigate US employment terms like W2, C2C, and 1099, as well as US visa policies.
