Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions.
Negotiate offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in US IT recruitment with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective client and candidate interaction.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and trends is necessary to understand the requirements of technical roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome recruitment challenges.
