Minimum 13 years of experience in an International US Voice process
Proven track record in outbound/inbound calling for US-based clients

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls for US customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service
Resolve queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner
Meet process targets including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Document call details and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Adapt to process updates and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in all rotational shifts, including night shifts
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
