Urgent Requirement For Center Head

Center Head / Operations Head for a Fertility Center

Job Objective:

• Operational Management:

• Manage overall daily operations and administration, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee all processes and procedures in clinical, nursing, embryology, and administrative departments, ensuring the highest standards in all IVF/IUI related sub-processes.
• Implement and monitor infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and materials management, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee facility and infrastructure management, including maintenance of all medical and non-medical equipment and tracking license/AMC renewals.

• Patient Care & Service Quality:

• Ensure patients receive the highest quality care and support throughout their journey.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience and satisfaction, serving as the escalation point for all operational issues.
• Provide transparent financial counseling to patients regarding treatment costs and refund policies for unsuccessful cycles.

• Business & Financial Management:

• Drive business growth and achieve monthly/annual revenue, profitability, and booking targets.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, monitoring expenses and taking corrective actions for deviations.
• Support marketing and branding initiatives, including coordinating with the sales team for camps, outreach, and community events.

• People Management & Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and guide a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels, manage duty rosters, and oversee staff scheduling.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews, appraisals, and facilitate regular training programs for staff development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams and referring OB-GYN specialists.

• Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure strict adherence to all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NABH, ISO, ART regulations).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, consent forms, and other reports.
• Coordinate audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and submit timely operational, clinical, and financial reports (MIS) to senior management.
