Job Summary The Security Supervisor / Assistant Security Officer is responsible for overseeing the security operations on-site, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, premises, and assets. The role includes supervising security staff, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other surveillance systems. Ensure all security procedures and protocols are followed. Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entry/exit points. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies; prepare reports accordingly. Train and brief security personnel on duties, conduct, and emergency procedures. Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and performance records of security staff. Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Assist with access control, visitor management, and employee ID verification. Ensure proper functioning of security equipment and report malfunctions.
