Security Supervisor

As a Field Officer at our security services company, you will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring the smooth deployment of security guards, and maintaining high service standards. Your role will involve interacting with clients, overseeing guard welfare, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Source, interview, and recruit security guards. - Maintain and update guard data accurately. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor guard performance. - Collect feedback from clients and address any concerns promptly. - Oversee guard welfare, including accommodation and health needs. - Ensure all sites are adequately staffed and manage vacant positions effectively. - Uphold service quality by working closely with Inspection Officers. - Identify training needs for guards and coordinate training sessions. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in field operations, preferably in security services. - Strong recruitment and people management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Organizational and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools. - Knowledge of security industry standards and compliance (PSARA certification is a plus).
