Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management:

  • Manage end-to-end employee transportation at the assigned corporate site.
  • Ensure timely vehicle availability and adherence to schedules for all shifts (day/night).
  • Monitor route planning, rostering, and driver deployment.

• Vendor & Fleet Network Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen a strong vendor/DCO network for vehicle supply and driver

outsourcing.

  • Negotiate competitive rates and ensure SLA compliance by vendors.
  • Onboard new vendors to meet increasing or urgent transport demands.

• Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure vehicles and drivers meet all legal and company compliance requirements

(RC, insurance, permits, driver ID, background checks, etc.).

  • Coordinate regular training sessions for drivers on safety and customer service.
  • Implement incident management protocols and corrective action plans.

• Technology & MIS Reporting:

  • Utilize transport management software or GPS tracking tools for real-time monitoring.
  • Submit daily/weekly MIS reports on vehicle deployment, cost, incidents, OTA, OTD

and feedback.

  • Coordinate with IT teams for tech integration.

• Client & Employee Engagement:

  • Serve as the on-ground point of contact for the clients admin/HR team.
  • Address employee grievances related to transport promptly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality.

• Cost & Resource Optimization:

  • Assist to optimize vehicle usage to minimize idle time and maximize billing hours.
  • Assist to drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining service levels.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in employee transportation or fleet management.

• Strong vendor network with access to a large pool of vehicles and drivers.

• Familiarity with shift operations and BPO/IT park transport needs.

• Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and transport tracking tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team handling skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with 24/7 support expectations.
