Job Description

Were looking for a hands-on Transportation Manager to oversee and optimise our day-to-day fleet operations. The role involves active supervision on ground as well as use of technology to ensure efficiency, control, and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and control a fleet of autos & tempos operating from our warehouse.
Plan trips, allocate vehicles, and ensure timely dispatch & delivery.
Lead, schedule, and monitor drivers, helpers & loading/unloading staff.
Implement tech-based systems for vehicle tracking, route monitoring, driver duty logs, trip sheets, fuel usage & maintenance records.
Maintain MIS & daily operational reports vehicle utilisation, trips completed, delays, cost vs revenue, downtime.
Reduce empty running, fuel wastage, and vehicle idle time.
Coordinate with warehouse and tenants for daily transportation requirements.

What We Expect

Comfortable using technology for tracking, reporting & fleet planning.
Prior experience in transport/logistics operations preferred.
