Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the South region, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention rates across the region.
Collaborate with regional management teams to develop business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure seamless execution of all HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training & development.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (preferably from a manufacturing industry).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record of success in managing large-scale workforces through various stages of employment lifecycle.
