Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

Generating business from the clients who are required transportation (Sundry(PTL) / FTL) for movement of goods.
Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, industry networking, and references.
Present transportation solutions and prepare competitive proposals.
Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company pricing and policy.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Identify opportunities for upselling value-added logistics services.
Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Ensuring good relations with key accounts & service delivery to generate revenues for additional business and retaining customers for future.
Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs to the seniors for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of
surface transport operations
(FTL, LTL, express cargo, etc.) and logistics processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
