Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented individual to join our team, responsible for driving property sales through both proactive client outreach and in-person engagement. This field sales role involves responding to inquiries, making outbound calls, organizing and leading detailed site visits, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have proven real estate sales experience, fluency in Telugu and English, and a solid understanding of the Hyderabad market, along with the willingness and ability to travel locally and occasionally to other cities for business needs. Key responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and initiate timely client engagement
  • Proactively connect with potential buyers through outbound calls using company-provided databases
  • Assess client property requirements and suggest appropriate investment opportunities
  • Deliver compelling project presentations highlighting key features benefits and USPs
  • Organize and lead detailed site visits clearly articulating project advantages and addressing client queries
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding pricing promotions and new project launches
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client interactions leads and deals in the CRM system
  • Regularly liaise with builders for project training ensure lead tagging and coordinate site visits efficiently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of successful property transactions.
  • Must own a vehicle for commuting to various project sites for client visits.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
  • Should be open to traveling to Gurgaon or Bengaluru based on project launch requirements and business needs from time to time
  • Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of local Hyderabad real estate market and areas is essential
  • The job requires working over weekend with weekly off on Tuesdays
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
