Job Description

We are seeking an ideal fresh graduate or early-career professionals with strong analytical and financial skills. You will work with our team to evaluate real estate opportunities in the US residential market. Your work will focus on market research, financial analysis, and investment evaluation to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Research residential property markets and identify investment opportunities.
Analyze basic financial parameters like ROI, rental yields, payback, and profitability.
Study comparable properties (listed, sold, rented) to understand pricing trends.
Prepare clear, data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Assist in evaluating the feasibility of land parcels and potential developments.
Support the team in making data-driven investment decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related fields.
Strong with numbers, logic, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in GIS tools and mapping platforms.
Comfortable with Excel (formulas, pivots, basic financial modeling).
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to work on US real estate projects.
Prior exposure in real estate development or land analysis is a plus.
