Job Description: Sales Manager / Team Lead at Zvisory (PropCrown Global) (Real Estate Consultancy) Job Location: Hyderabad Key responsibilities: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and initiate timely client engagement Proactively connect with potential buyers through outbound calls using company-provided databases Engage with NRI clients as per their respective time zones including early morning availability for U.S.-based clients and conduct virtual consultations at their preferred time Assess client property requirements and suggest appropriate investment opportunities Deliver compelling project presentations highlighting key features benefits and USPs Organize and lead detailed site visits clearly articulating project advantages and addressing client queries Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding pricing promotions and new project launches Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client interactions leads and deals in the CRM system Regularly liaise with builders for project training ensure lead tagging and coordinate site visits efficiently Manage a team of executives and mentor them to achieve sales targets. Role & responsibilities Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries across platforms to ensure timely and effective client engagement. Engage with NRI clients based on their time zones, including early mornings and late evenings for U.S.-based clients and conduct virtual consultations as per their convenience. Understand and assess clients' property needs, budget preferences, and investment goals to offer tailored real estate solutions. Recommend suitable projects that align with client objectives, backed by strong market understanding and product knowledge. Deliver persuasive and insightful project presentations, effectively highlighting key features, advantages, and unique selling points. Accompany clients during site visits and virtual consultations, working closely with the developers sales team to facilitate a seamless experience and ensuring accurate lead tagging. Present project highlights clearly during site interactions, addressing all client queries with confidence and clarity.
