Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for vendor registration, expense management, and vendor payments.
  • Conduct regular expense analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement cost savings initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, VAT regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing returns on time.
  • Perform claim payments reconciliation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
