Profile: Agency Development Manager(Agency Channel)

Location: DelHI/NCR, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh,

Salary: As per comp.

Product: Life Insurance

Must be Life Insurance experience

Field Sales

Experience:

Work experience of 2-6 years in Life Insurance - Corporate Sales

Knowledge and expertise in Life Insurance and Broking.

Competencies / Skills Required:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

* 3+ years of experience in agency development, team management, and sales with life insurance products

* Recruit and Activate Advisor.

* Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers

* Thorough knowledge of the life insurance industry and current market trends

* Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Ability to achieve the target.

* Lead generate.
