Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Ludhiana. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the agency sales channel, recruiting and training new agents, and driving sales performance to meet company targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, monitoring agent performance, conducting regular training sessions, and maintaining relationships with key business partners. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Experience in team management, training, and performance monitoring
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry is a plus
