Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Chandigarh, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, training new hires, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate between various departments and monitor sales performance.
