Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a State Head Bharat Bancassurance for Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh. The State Head will oversee and manage bancassurance operations within the designated states. Key responsibilities include driving sales, developing strategies, maintaining relationships with insurance partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in sales, particularly in the bancassurance or insurance industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic planning and analytical skills Ability to work independently and make decisions Knowledge of the bancassurance market in Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Show more Show less
