Role Description

We are seeking an Agency Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. The Agency Manager will oversee daily operations of the agency, manage client relations, develop and implement training programs for new agents, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The individual will also be responsible for driving sales, achieving growth targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Sales Strategy and Business Development skills
