Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Dwarka. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents, ensuring they meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring agent performance, providing guidance and motivation, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships. The role requires regular interaction with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents
• Strong sales and marketing acumen
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
