Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets in General Insurance (Motor Insurance & Health Insurance) through Direct Channel, Agency Channel, and Broker Channel.
Develop strategies for business growth and expansion in the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products to existing customers.
Monitor performance metrics such as premium income, policy count, and persistency rates.
