Role & responsibilities: Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to counsel prospective students, parents, or educational institutions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, website sign-ups, and referrals. Maintain and update CRM software with accurate lead and interaction details. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Provide detailed information about courses, pricing, admission process, and features. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and industry trends.
