Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Academic Counselor – Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions by guiding prospective students about the course offerings, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable programs. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in queries related to admissions. Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs (Language courses, IELTS, PTE, etc.). Follow up with potential leads and convert them into confirmed admissions. Maintain and update CRM with accurate student information and follow-up status. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Conduct product presentations and one-on-one counseling sessions (online or offline). Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and events as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or academic advising (EdTech experience is a plus). Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Fluency in English and regional language (if applicable). Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Proficiency in using CRM tools.
